This sums up my feelings...

As we may know, when I am not busy my mind seems to wander to next week.  It wanders to the next two years....the long two years.  Well sometimes I try to occupy my time by reading other missionary mom blogs.  Sometimes they help for a  minute, sometimes they help for an hour or so, sometimes, not so much.  I stumbled across a blog called The Mission of Moms.  This particular mom has sent out seven, yes seven missionaries.  I cannot imagine going through that much heartache.  I admire her.  Anyway, a few years ago one of her posts was about her experience sending out her first missionary.  She posted a letter she wrote years ago that seemed to perfectly sum up my feelings and I am sure many other mothers that are sending out missionaries. To read this post, here is a link to the page with the post, it is beautifully written.  If you scroll down to the part that says (10-99) her letter is right after that.  The first part just sets up the letter.
